PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder wherein an opening part is relatively widely opened in order to put an article to be stored into a storing part of a pocket. SOLUTION: This holder comprises a cover 12 and one or a plurality of pocket members 24 fixed on the cover 12 by heat welding. At least regions to be heat-welded of the cover 12 and the pocket materials 24 comprise raw materials suitable to heat welding, and the welding regions of the pocket members 24 are heat-welded on the welding regions of the cover 12, and are surrounded by side edges 36a and 36b, welding parts and bottom edges 38a and 38b to form a pocket 14 a part of which is opened. Vicinities of edges of the pocket members 24 on the opening edge sides of welding parts 26 and 126 sites are not heat-welded on the surface of the cover 12 and are opened, and they are formed so as to widely extend and open with the opening part 60 of the pocket 14 when the article X is put into the pocket 14 from the opening part 60.
