<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing management program and system using the same which is capable of precisely storing a history of food processing or the like, wherein a content of a stored history is difficult to be altered. <P>SOLUTION: The food processing management program and system using the same comprises a taking-in receiving means for receiving taking food in a food shelf, a taking-out receiving means for receiving taking the food out of the food shelf, a history storage means for storing a taking-in/out history by the taking-in receiving means and the taking-out receiving means, a history output means for outputting the taking-in/out history stored in the history storage means in a predetermined form.
