<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the titled device so that there is no possibility that a position shift occurs when an information sheet has been placed on a tablet sheet, an item placed on each information sheet can be made small in the same way as a fixed information sheet, and more information can be placed in one information sheet, by positioning the periphery of its information sheet by a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:Guide plates 20-23 which become positioning in case of placing other information sheet than a fixed information sheet 18 are stuck to the upper face of a tablet sheet 16. Guide plates 20, 21 are stuck to both right and left sides of the tablet sheet 16, so that they can guide both right and left side edges of information sheets 25, 26. Also, the guide 22 is stuck to the lower side of the tablet sheet 16, so that it can guide the lower edge of the information sheets 25, 26. On the other hand, the guide plate 23 is stuck onto the guide plates 20, 21, in the upper side of the tablet sheet 16, and between this guide plate 23 and the tablet sheet 16, a gap S is formed. A slide type information sheet 25 is inserted into this gap S.</p> |
