<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct curvature in an output characteristic due to an individual difference of a frequency output-type hot-wire flowmeter. <P>SOLUTION: This frequency output-type hot-wire flowmeter comprises a heating resistance element disposed in a fluid which is a measuring object and a voltage-frequency conversion circuit for converting an air-flow voltage signal proportionate to an electric current flowing through the resistance element.
