<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon monoxide removing device uniformly mixing reformed gas with an oxidizing agent to efficiently remove carbon monoxide. <P>SOLUTION: This carbon monoxide removing device 1 removing carbon monoxide by supplying the gaseous mixture of the reformed gas and the oxidizing agent to carbon monoxide oxidizing catalyst, is equipped with a mixing part 5 composed of laminated bodies 9 forming passages 101 of the gaseous mixture by laminating a plurality of boards 100 having through-holes 101 of prescribed shapes in the flow direction 22 of the gaseous mixture. By displacing positions providing the through-holes of the boards, parts wherein the holes in the facing boards lap each other, and parts wherein the holes are blocked, are formed.
