<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber multi-layered coil with which acoustic, vibratory, and rotational components can be measured with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber multi-layered coil is constituted by spirally winding an optical fiber F in two or more layers, bonding the layers with an adhesive 7a, and exposing the optical fiber F on the bottom surface and top surface to the outside.
