PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wide-band sound absorbing plate and a sound absorbing device using the same. SOLUTION: The wide-band sound absorbing plate is characterized in that a bored plate having large and small through holes in checkered pattern and a screen plate installed in front of it are combined.
