PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet or tape to be easily re-stuck before the sheet is stuck with pressure, capable of preventing sticking of adhesive layers to each other in sticking the sheet to an object of sticking and reducing failure in sticking the sheet without deteriorating the characteristics of a base material even if the base material is not so firm though elastic. SOLUTION: Adhesive layers for sticking on the object to be stuck are laminated on one side of the base material 2. Projections and recesses are formed on the sticking surface of the adhesive layers for sticking to the object to be stuck, and a net body 30 is inserted between the base material and the adhesive layers.
