<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same, in which generation of particles in the manufacturing process is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The transflective liquid crystal display device is provided with a substrate on which an electrode constructed with a transparent conductive film 12, a reflection conductive film 13a disposed so as to cover the transparent conductive film 12 and an intermediate film 13b interposed between the transparent conductive film 12 and the reflection conductive film 13a are disposed.
