PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint which is heat-resistant even under a severe service condition such as an exhaust pipe of an automobile or the like, and capable of demonstrating excellent seal performance with small tightening torque. SOLUTION: The pipe joint of an exhaust pipe or the like comprises a first pipe 1 having a turn-back flange 12 which is tightly turned back with a remaining insertion portion to be fitted to a counter pipe to be joined with a pipe end, a second pipe 2 in which a housing portion 21 to house the counter pipe to be joined with the pipe end is formed longer than the insertion portion 11 of the first pipe 1, and an end of the housing portion 21 is expanded to form a swollen portion 22 and a flange abutting portion, a ring-shaped gasket 3 to be held between the turn-back flange part 12 of the first pipe 1 and the swollen portion 22 of the second pipe 2, and a clamp 4 for pipe ends, and has an outer circumferential flange 24 which is tightly abutted on the turn-back flange part 12 of the first pipe 1 continuous to the swollen portion 22 of the second pipe 2.
