PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that can simply track down a cause even if a malfunction occurs by making it possible to transmit data that can be the cause of the failure by a simple operation if the malfunction occurs. SOLUTION: The image processing device, as its feature, has a storage means 14 storing print data, a memory means 12 storing a control program, an electronic mail creation means 15 for creating electronic mail, an electronic mail transmission means for transmitting the electronic mail, an input means 7, and a control means 11 that controls the memory means 12. The storage means 14 and the electronic mail creation means 15 based on the control program, if an input that the malfunction is to be analyzed, is made with the input means, the electronic mail creation means 15 makes print data stored in the storage means 12 into electronic mail, and the image processing device transmits the electronic mail with the electronic mail transmission means. |
