PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-changing cosmetic and a set cosmetic for cleansing which, when used, discolor or change their color tone by the contact with a skin cosmetic applied on the skin and thereby have a check function capable of visually finding out the existence of the skin cosmetic, the remaining cosmetic after cleansing, that after wiping or the like. SOLUTION: This color-changing cosmetic is used for removing the skin cosmetic such as a foundation or sunscreen applied on the skin and is composed so as to discolor or change its color tone by contact with the skin cosmetic, for example, composed by compounding a coloring material (A) so as to discolor or change its color tone by the contact with the skin cosmetic.
