PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tightly and strongly engage a drum body with each flange body, to improve the strength after assembly, and to reduce volume by disassembling during transportation or storage of an empty reel. SOLUTION: A reel for physical distribution comprises two flange bodies being opposed to each other and the drum body connected to the flange bodies. While a plurality of engaging parts are provided in an inner peripheral part of the drum body, a plurality of locking parts capable of being engaged with the engaging parts are protruded inside each flange body. Assembly of each flange body in the drum body is engaged and maintained in a state of each locking part being in close contact with each engaging part by butting each flange body to the drum body and sliding one to the other.
