<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus which simultaneously satisfies handleability, motion performance and portability, prevents frostbite of an object to be cooled and simultaneously provides feeling of cold. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting body 13 has a conduction element 21 to become the conduction route of a volatile fluid, a first planar member 31 retaining the conduction element 21 and a second planar member 32. The conduction element 21 has an inject inlet 22 for injecting the volatile fluid from a cold air injection means 51 and a discharge opening 24 for discharging the volatile fluid.
