<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read a Web page by easy input operation by the use of a printer. <P>SOLUTION: This printer stores a URL of a Web page and comment information showing its contents correlatively to identification numbers of 1-8. When one of '1' to '8' dial buttons is pushed in an operation panel (S120:YES), a value of a variable M is changed into the number of the dial button (S130), and the comment information stored correlatively to the same identification number as the variable M is displayed in a display panel (S140). Thereafter, when a start button of the operation panel is pushed (S150:YES, S170:NO), the URL stored correlatively to the same identification number as the variable M is read (S180), Web page data showing the Web page corresponding to the URL are acquired via the Internet (S190), and an image of the Web page shown by the Web page data is printed on a sheet (S200, S210). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
