PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil temperature control device for an internal combustion engine making a temperature of lubricating oil lubricating the internal combustion engine quickly reach an appropriate temperature to improve cooling effect and warming-up effect of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: Since a lubricating oil temperature control passage 7 has an approximately C-shaped section formed to cover a part of an outer peripheral face of a lubricating oil passage 3, that is, to cover the outer peripheral face of the lubricating oil passage 3 other than a face opposite to a crankshaft, the lubricating oil flowing in the lubricating oil passage 3 can quickly reach the appropriate temperature by using cooled or heated cooling water flowing through the lubricating oil temperature control passage 7. Further, since a heater passage 10 communicates with the lubricating oil temperature control passage 7 through a selector valves 8, 9 to introduce the heated cooling water into the lubricating oil temperature control passage 7, the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil passage 3 is quickly heated to the appropriate temperature to shorten a time for warming-up the internal combustion engine.
