PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet for a sink cabinet, and the sink cabinet provided with the faucet for easily cleaning the upper face of a work top without taking time. SOLUTION: A water discharge pipe 18 is disposed at one edge of the work top 12 on the opposite side to a sink 13 of the sink cabinet 11 to extend along the upper face of the work top 12. The water discharge pipe 18 is provided with a plurality of water discharge holes 20 for discharging wash water toward the upper face of the work top 12. The upper face of the work top 12 is washed with the wash water discharged from the water discharge holes 20 of the water discharge pipe 18, and the wash water flows down into the sink 13.
