PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a retrofitted room mirror cannot be adjusted to right and left directions to an already installed room mirror once the retrofitted room mirror is fixed to an already installed room mirror in a conventional retrofitted room mirror. SOLUTION: In the retrofitted room mirror 2 for a vehicle, a mirror that is provided on the front of a retrofitted room mirror body 1 can be relatively and freely moved to the retrofitted room mirror body to the retrofitted room mirror body 1 that is attached to the front of the already existing room mirror 2. A regulation means for regulating the movement of the mirror is further provided to the retrofitted room mirror body 1. The regulation means comprises an irregular section 24 that is provided at one portion of the retrofitted room mirror body and the mirror; a projection that is formed at the other so that it can be engaged to the recess of the irregular section; and a means for elastically avoiding the projection toward the irregular section. The retrofitted room mirror has a sub mirror that is rotatably provided at the retrofitted room mirror body. The sub mirror has a mirror that is tilted to the retrofitted room mirror body, thus relatively and easily moving the retrofitted room mirror right and left to an already installed room mirror by only button operation.
