PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work in arranging an airtight heat insulating material on the indoor side of an exterior wall composed of lightweight cellular concrete panels, and on the indoor side of an opening formed in the exterior wall of a building including a house, and to minimize heat transfer from a sash frame to an opening panel. SOLUTION: A frame body 2 is installed around the opening A formed in the exterior wall B composed of the lightweight aerated concrete panels 1, and the heat insulating material 4 arranged on the indoor side of the exterior wall B is directly or indirectly arranged on the indoor side of the frame body 2. Installation work is facilitated by extending the heat insulating material 4 arranged on the indoor side of the exterior wall B up to the indoor side of the frame body 2 installed at the opening A. A continuous airtight layer is formed by sticking an airtight tape 8 to an abutting part between the heat insulating material 4 and the frame body 2.
