PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swimming suit having soft bulky feeling, stretchability, recovering property and opacity. SOLUTION: The swimming suit is made of a knit fabric composed of a mixture of an elastic polyurethane yarn and a yarn containing blended yarn of different nylon components. The blended yarn is composed of a nylon 6 filament and a nylon 6/nylon 66 copolymer filament. The content of the different component blended yarn containing 30-70 wt.% nylon 6 filament and 70-30 wt.% nylon 6/nylon 66 copolymer filament in the total constituent yarn of the knit fabric is≥50 wt.%, the average elongation of the fabric in longitudinal and lateral directions is≥70% and the average elongation recovery is≥75%.
