PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage collecting vehicle capable of preventing the generation of damage in each of members due to an impact to be generated by the unexpected opening of a tail gate by relaxing the impact even if the tail gate is unexpectedly opened when tilting a garbage throw-in box. SOLUTION: In this garbage collecting vehicle, the garbage throw-in box 2 provided with a garbage loading device inside thereof is continuously provided to a rear opening part of the garbage container loaded on a car frame, and this garbage throw-in box 2 is provided with a throw-in opening, through which garbages are thrown into the box, and the throw-in opening is provided with an opening/closing door 5 freely to be opened/closed in the vertical direction along a guide rail 6. The garbage throw-in box 2 is provided with a buffer device 10 for relaxing an impact to be generated when the opening/closing door 5 reaches the opening terminal end position. The buffer device 10 is provided with a stopper 11 for abutting on a guide roller 7 when the opening/closing door 5 reaches the opening terminal end and an impact absorbing means 13 for absorbing the impact to be generated by the abutment on the stopper 11.
