PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal transporting vessel with which an extending molten metal pouring tube can be drawn to the vessel body side after peeling off molten metal hardened film stuck to a connecting part of the extending molten metal pouring tube and a molten metal pouring tube.

SOLUTION: In the molten metal transporting vessel provided with the extending molten metal pouring tube connected with a molten metal pouring hole of the molten metal pouring tube and protruded to the outer side part of the vessel body, a tube operating means for separating the extending molten metal pouring tube from the molten metal pouring tube by lifting the tube while the tube is projected out from the vessel body, and a drawing up means for drawing up the extending molten metal pouring tube separated from the molten metal pouring tube to the vessel body side, are provided.
