<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture display device capable of discriminating the mode and the degree of transformation of a picture at once, only by users' looking at the picture. <P>SOLUTION: The colors of a frame is designated respectively in 256 gradations of red, green and blue (R, G and B) and the frame is displayed on the circumference of the display picture. When the magnification of the picture is 0%, the value of blue is 255, the values of red and green are 0% and the color of blue is reduced by 255/100 every time the magnification is increased by 1%. In such a constitution, when the magnification is 100%, all values of red, green and blue become 0 and the color of the frame becomes black. Further, when the magnification is ≥100%, the value of red is increased by 255/100. Thereby, when the magnification is 200%, the value of red is 255 and, when the magnification is ≥200%, the color of the frame is invariant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
