<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-reflecting film having superior reflection characteristics and luminance characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the light-reflecting film, in which the average reflectance is 80 % or higher and glossiness is different according to the direction of the film surface.
