PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device capable of more appropriately performing induction heating in accordance with modes of cooking performed. SOLUTION: An oscillation control part of the induction heating device changes setting (step S2) of intervals and oscillation stop time TO at which it makes a load detection circuit retry an aptitude decision shorter than at other settings (step S3), when a cooking course 'stir-frying' is set (step S1, 'YES') by a user through a cooking course setting part.
