<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of setup of base stations such as layout or routing or the like of the base stations to a service space attended with minutely divided cell divisions or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Each server adopts a communication means whose communication effective range is narrow for the connection between mobile terminals and base stations so as to decrease a range of which each server is in charge. Each server acquires geographical position information wherein each server is resident and generates network information denoting the positional information, distributes the information related to the geographical position in advance and also utilizes the positional relation between each server and the mobile terminals to distribute data by predicting a distributed data amount and its timing thereby distributing the processing load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
