<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-stamped business form which can be manufactured in small lots and at a low cost regardless of the material of a base, can form a display region for variable information at a desired position and easily deal with a change in the variable information to be indicated in the display region. <P>SOLUTION: In this business form, the display region 5, consisting of a foil layer 4, wherein the variable information 14 can be indicated by melting the foil layer 4 by heat application using a thermal head, is formed at a specified surface part 3 of the base 2 of the business form by die-stamping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
