PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a well torn (easily tearable) laminated film excellent in adhesiveness. SOLUTION: A plastic film having an inorganic matter layer formed thereon is coated with a laminating adhesive which is prepared by compounding a hydroxyl group-terminated polyurethane resin (A) with a number average molecular weight of 10,000 to 50,000, a polyisocyanate curing agent (B) wherein the the substantial average number of functional groups is 2 to 10 and glycerine (C). This coated plastic film is laminated to a thermally weldable plastic film and the whole is heated and cured to manufacture the laminated film. In this manufacturing method, the mass compounding ratio of the respective components is (A):(B)=100:10 to 100:300 and (A):(C)=100:0.1 to 100:5 (solid conversion ratio). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
