PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow free opening-closing operation from an indoor side by locking only an outdoor side handle, to prevent an exposure of an operation part; to sufficiently adapt to a baby, and to dispense with an operation tool such as a coin and a driver for unlocking by facilitating locking and unlocking operation. SOLUTION: This child lock device 7 is arranged so that mutually engageable-disengageable engaging projection 71 and engaging projection piece 72 are arranged on the reverse of a push handle 1 or a pull handle, respectively 2, and a surface of a push handle 1 side installing seat 4 or the surface of a pull handle 2 side installing seat 5; the opening-closing operation of the push handle 1 or the pull handle 2 is regulated when engaged with the engaging projection piece 72 or the engaging projection 71 by moving the engaging projection 71 or the engaging projection piece 72; and the regulation of the opening-closing operation of the push handle 1 or the pull handle 2 is released by releasing an engaging state by moving the engaging projection 71 and the engaging projection piece 72 to an original position.
