PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based polyurethane resin composition providing a pile product hardly causing coming-off and fray of a pile, having excellent resistance to a solvent and an alkali, and having a soft touch feeling. SOLUTION: The water-based polyurethane resin composition contains an aqueous dispersion of a polyurethane resin obtained by dispersing a carboxy group-containing polyurethane resin by a salt-forming agent, and a crosslinking agent containing a group reacting with the carboxy group. The crosslinked density of the carboxy group-containing polyurethane resin is 0.005-0.40 per 1,000 atomic weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
