PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat function structure for an automobile and a vehicle body panel structure used for the same capable of promoting comfortability in room temperature. SOLUTION: In the heat function structure for the automobile, a vehicle body 50 for partitioning and forming a cabin R is divided into a vehicle upper part 52 and a vehicle lower part 53 with a substantially horizontal border line 52 as a boundary, and the vehicle upper part is provided with a means 61 having the function of heat insulation and the vehicle lower part is provided with a means 62 having the function of heat dissipation. The border line is set, for example, at a substantially central position on a vertical line obtained by connecting an upper end of a door panel and a lower end of a side sill with a perpendicular line from ground level.
