METHOD, DEVICE, AND PROGRAM FOR EVALUATING OBJECTIVE QUALITY, AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDED WITH OBJECTIVE QUALITY EVALUATING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve trouble such that noise is superposed on a signal to be evaluated since a system to be evaluated is hardware and an interface for an objective evaluation measuring instrument is an analog interface and then universality of evaluation can not be secured, i.e. influence of the noise is exerted. SOLUTION: A sample signal outputting an evaluation result in every fixed section within the evaluation range of an objective evaluating method is generated and an element signal to which noise is added by an object of evaluation is recorded. The recorded element signal is added to all sample signals to generate a noise-added signal. All noise-added signals are objectively evaluated to obtain objective evaluation values. Objective evaluation results of the sample signal and noise-added signals and differences the two evaluation results are put together in a correspondence table and used as recording conditions of the system to be evaluated. Then an objective evaluation of the system to be evaluated is measured. The recording conditions of the system to be evaluated obtained by the measurement procedure 4 are corrected according to the correspondence table to normalize the objective evaluation results.
