PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly correct the disturbance in control quantity by a known disturbance for a control object in a control device for feedback controlling the control object. SOLUTION: A main operation quantity arithmetic part 11 outputs a main operation quantity MV1 that eliminates the deviation between a control quantity PV from the control object 9 and a predetermined target value SV to the control object 9 side to which the disturbance the occurrence of which is preliminarily known is applied. A feed-forward processing part 11 calculates and stores a cancel operation quantity mv for canceling the influence of the disturbance from the control quantity, the main operation quantity or the integrated arithmetic value obtained from the main operation quantity arithmetic part 11 on the basis of a disturbance instruction signal. The feed-forward processing part 11 outputs the cancel operation quantity mv on the basis of the disturbance instruction signal instructing the next disturbance.
