PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly prohibit a heating means from being changed over to a heat actuation state by mistake due to a mischief by a child. SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with the heating means 1a changeable between the heating state and a heating stopped state, and a lock means changeable between a lock state to prohibit the heating means 1a from being changed to the heating state by heating start operation parts 14 and 16 and an unlock state to allow the heating means 1a to be changed over to the heating state by the heat starting operation parts. A lock operation part to change the lock means between the lock state and the unlocked state is provided at a separate position from the heat starting operation parts 14 and 16 in a hidden state in a device main body to be hard to be seen.
