PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking lock device for surely locking a bicycle and releasing a lock with superior maintenance performance by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This bicycle parking lock device 4 is arranged on bicycle parking racks 1 and 2, and locks a wheel of the bicycle, and has a pair of arm members 5 for rotating with a prescribed rotary shaft 6 as the center for sandwiching the wheel 21 of the bicycle in one end, a plate-like cam 8 having a cam groove 9 for rotating the arm members 5 by engaging with the respective other ends of the respective arm members 5 and a motor 7 for rotating the plate-like cam 8.
