PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and lightweight panel which is easy to mold. SOLUTION: In the sandwich panel 1 wherein a core material 4 is integrated between two front side and back side plates 2 and 3 by using an adhesive, the plates 2 and 3 each are formed of a steel plate, and the core material 4 is constituted in such a manner that a thermoplastic resin sheet is formed in an uneven shape with protrusions 5 and recesses 6 by press molding, vacuum molding, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
