PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy beam curable composition for an optical disc, having a low curing shrinkage, excellent in hardness, transparency and durability and capable of forming a cured material layer having a protecting performance of a recorded film on a substrate for the optical disc. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a urethane(meth)acrylate obtained by performing the reaction of (a1) a polycaprolactone polyol, (a2) a diisocyanate compound and (a3) a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester, (B) a (meth)acrylic acid ester expressed by general formula (1) (wherein, X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>are each acryloyloxy or methacryloyloxy; X<SP>3</SP>is hydroxy, acryloyloxy or methacryloyloxy group; and R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>3</SP>are each a 1-4C hydrocarbon), and (C) a (meth)acrylic ester other than the (A) and (B), and the optical disc having a cured material layer is obtained by applying the composition on the substrate and curing.
