PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with rolling of a steel sheet having sufficiently high relative roughness and to minimize the occurrence of zinc seizure without incurring the degradation in a roll consumption unit in temper rolling of the galvanized steel sheet. SOLUTION: In rolling the galvanized steel sheet by a temper rolling mill using water not containing additives, water films are formed between the steel sheet and the work rolls of the rolling mill when the relative roughness of the work rolls is≥2.0μm in Ra. When the relative roughness of the work rolls of the rolling mill is≥2.0μm in Ra, the steel sheet is preferably rolled by forming the water films between the steel sheet and the work rolls and by injecting the water from both sides of the work rolls so as not to cut the water films.
