The device for the conveyance of wheels of private motor vehicles consists of a handle (13) rigidly connected to the middle of the axle via an intermediate piece (12). A cylindrical body (1) has a thread on the outside and with three slots in each of which is located a pin-mounted pivotable clamping piece. On the outside of the body are three other slots offset by 60 degrees in relation to the other slots and in them slides another clamping piece (6). A guide (3) is rotatably installed on the end of the axle. A nut (5) engages with the thread on the body and is manually operated. The rim of the wheel is fixed via the clamping pieces (4,6).
