<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide airtight structure of circuit board having sensors wherein structure is simple, the number of components is small, an O ring, potting material, etc. are unnecessary, workability of assembly is superior and reliable shielding is enabled. <P>SOLUTION: A protective tube 1 has a vent 7 in the front end side, and a cable routing mouth 8 in the rear end side. The internal forward side of the tube 1 is made a first accommodating room 15 for accommodating sensors 4, 5. The backward side is made a second accommodating room 16 for accommodating the circuit board 2. The rooms 15 and 16 are airtightly divided by using a first sealing member 11, which has a board holding hole for holding the circuit board 2. A first annular sealing protrusion 21 abutting against the circuit board 2 is integrally protruded on the internal perimeter. A second annular sealing protrusion 22 abutting against an internal perimeter of the tube 1 is integrally protruded on the external perimeter of the first sealing member 11.
