In a two-wheeled motor vehicle including a saddle bag stay disposed sideways of a rear wheel and fixed to a vehicle body frame assembly, and a saddle bag mounted to the saddle bag stay, the saddle bag is detachably mounted to the saddle bag stay, while providing for the prevention of burglary. Moreover, to facilitate the mounting and demounting operations, the saddle bag stay (32) is provided with a locking shaft section (32a) and a locking portion, and the saddle bag (33) is provided with a locking device (75) capable of being switched over between the engagement and disengagement with and from the locking portion, a key-operated device for operating the locking device (75) in a direction to release the engagement with the locking portion (37) in response to a key operation, and an engaging portion (45) disengageably engaging with the locking shaft section (32a), so that it cannot be disengaged in a state in which the locking device (75) is in engagement with the locking portion and it can be disengaged in a state in which the locking device (75) is out of engagement with the locking portion.
