PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate which is scribble-proof and enables a scribble to be easily erased. SOLUTION: In this scribble-proof metal plate, the outermost surface coating layer is formed by applying a resin coating material obtained by blending 0.1 to 60 wt.% of an acrylic modified silicone resin to 100 wt.% of a resin coating material for precoating with a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 to 40,000 by baking to a dry film thickness of 1 to 100μm.
