PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainsuit protecting the face from rain without using an umbrella and a hat, made of a transparent material to ensure the visual field and assure the safety, having narrowed action range compared with pants, easily usable by a woman wearing a skirt, covering the foot, enabling the use of a skirt as a hem cover in the case of walking in the rain, protecting the clothes and covering the foot to an extent. SOLUTION: The rainsuit is a women's rain coat composed of a top wear with a hood and a skirt. The top of the front part and both side faces of the hood of the top wear are made of a transparent material, The top wear has a plurality of engaging tools at the lower part of the hood and a pair of engaging tools at the right and left sides of the neck part corresponding to the engaging tools of the lower part of the hood. The skirt has a pair of looped elastic strings passed around the whole circumference through a string passage formed at the upper part of the skirt. One of the strings is extended from the right side and the other string is extended from the left side, each string has a stopper at the part outside of the skirt and a flare is formed at the lower end of the skirt.
