SYSTEM FOR UPDATING BLACKLIST

PURPOSE: A system for updating a blacklist is provided to save a time for downloading the master blacklist data by making a blacklist updating device update the master blacklist data with the added/deleted blacklist data. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transmitting/receiving part(213) receives an added/deleted card number from an upper system. A storage(222) previously stores a card number list registered to the blacklist and stores the added/deleted card number received through the wireless transmitting/receiving part. A controller(221) generates a new card number list by considering the added/deleted card number stored in the storage and updates the previously stored card number list with the generated card number list.
