PURPOSE: A battery switch is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and prevent the loss of electric current by adding a switching function to a battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery switch includes an element which is inserted between a conductor and one pole of a battery. The conductor(c) is connected to the battery(d). The element is formed with a conducting part for inducing the flow of the current and a non-conducting part for preventing the flow of the current. The element is used for connecting electrically the conductor to the battery. The conductor is electrically connected to the battery by moving or rotating the element.
