PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of ferric oxide nano particles which lets iron salt solution react to precipitant such as ammonium organic acid salt so that it produces the ferric oxide nano particles with excellent crystallinity. CONSTITUTION: The production process of ferric oxide nano particles comprises the steps of: (i) mixing solution having iron and ammonium organic acid solution selected from ammonium acetate, ammonium formate, ammonium citrate and ammonium propionate to prepare the nano particles of iron hydroxide; (ii) adding acetone to the mixture to precipitate the nano particles, with rotating the mixture in a centrifugal machine to accelerate the speed of precipitation; and (iii) drying the precipitate at 250deg.C for 2 hours.
