PURPOSE: A waterproof electric device is provided to make a housing grip easily and to avoid the limitation on the structure of a power supply unit and a drive unit embedded in the housing due to the bending of the housing. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof electric device comprises a bent cylindrical housing(1), a power supply unit(4) received around one end of the housing, and a drive unit(5) received around the other end of the housing. The power supply unit and the drive unit inserted to the housing are electrically and mechanically connected with each other. The angle formed by the power supply unit and the drive unit in the bending direction of the housing is variable.
