PURPOSE: A location-based to-do list reminders using a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) as a mobile device for storing information is provided to remind intelligently a user about a pending task in a to-do list. CONSTITUTION: A location-based to-do list reminder includes a memory and a processor. The memory(230) is used for storing a to-do list. The to-do list comprises at least one task. Each task is associated with a respective geo-location. The processor(240) is used for receiving a current geo-location and determining whether to output a reminder based on the current geo-location and the respective geo-locations. The processor is also for receiving a speed and the determining is also based on the speed. The processor is also for receiving a direction and the determining is also based on the direction.
