PURPOSE: A construction structure for an embankment is provided to secure an eco-friendly river system by installing an embankment with concrete facilities and placing soil and plants on the outside of facilities. CONSTITUTION: The construction structure for an embankment(200) comprises the steps of installing footing blocks(210) provided with a setting groove on both sides of a river(100), setting cross blocks(220) provided with a fastening groove on the footing block(210) using a fastening pin, spraying adhesive(230) on the outer surface and placing soil(240), then covering up with a net(250), fixing the net(250) to the upper part of the cross block(220) using a fastening bar, and vegetating plants(270) on the soil(240).
