A compound of formula (I) wherein R<1> is aryl and R<2> is hydrogen; or R<1> and R<2> taken together form a group of formula (i) wherein R<6> is alkyl or -alkyl-aryl; and R<7> is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy or aryl; R<3> is aryl, heteroaryl or -aryl-aryl; R<4> is hydrogen, hydroxy or alkyl; and R<5> is hydrogen or alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is new, for use in therapy, e.g. of Alzheimer's disease.
